
I'm not going to lie... today was a pretty shitty day. I woke up with not only a hangover, but a broken phone. I went to Verizon to try and get it fixed, only to wait 30 minutes for them simply to give me a phone number to call and the happy news that I have to pay $100 for the refurbished one, even though I have insurance.
I also worked for 7 hours today, but I luckily have some great colleagues that helped to cheer me up. When I got home, the last thing I wanted to do was workout. However, I knew the disappointment I would feel in myself would outweigh the effort it takes to actually go to the gym.
So, I went. Officially 7 days strong! It was really difficult (I was still slightly hungover), and I didn't go as hard as I had the last two days, but I did it. And that's all that matters :)

- I did 10
- 30 Second Superman
- 10 Lunges (Each Leg)
- 40 Crunches
