
The past few days, I've been describing my workouts. Here is the source :) I am a self-proclaimed Pinterest addict, and luckily found this amongst the hoards of information.I like that the cardio increases every week in intensity (especially considering I hate running), and also that every day holds a different combination of strength exercises. As with anything you find on the internet, I was a bit skeptical about its effectiveness. However, after 4 days of doing this (I started from Thursday and just completed Sunday), I can attest to its effectiveness. After the first day, my abs and thighs were sore - a feat that only a trainer and a challenging class could do previously.
I'm hoping to start doing some fitness classes at the University this week, but I figure on the days I can't make it this is a more than satisfactory substitute. Rather than hopping on the elliptical for an hour, I actually feel like I get something accomplished through these exercises.
