
I'm still struggling to catch up with my schoolwork since the GRE, but I know I'll figure it out. Today has been a very busy day, but I managed to get a workout in! YAY ME! :) On top of that, I biked to school twice out of the three times I had to be there, so that was an extra little workout!
Breakfast
- Raisin & Spice Oatmeal with Fat Free Milk
Pre-Workout Meal
- Smoothie with Frozen Strawberries, 1/2 Banana, Pineapple Tidbits (with a little of the juice), and Plain Greek Yogurt
Workout
- I took a Step Class today! It ran for about 45 minutes, and was a great workout. We also added on some strength training with resistance bands.
Post-Workout Meal
- Unfortunately, I had less than an hour to shower and get to my next class after working out, so I just grabbed a Chicken Lean Pocket
Snack
- Pesto Fish with a little bit of Goat Cheese, Sauteed Brussel Sprouts, and 2/3 cup Rice
