
Today was a long day... felt like I barely had a moment to myself! But, I did get my work out in :) And it feels AWESOME! Never give up.
Breakfast
- Hash browns with 1 Fried Egg and Sour Cream
- 1/2 Avocado
Snack
- Raspberry Greek Yogurt

- 1 min run, 2 min walk (7x)
- I did 4 mph for walk, 5.7 mph for run / jog
- 150 Jumping Jacks
- 50 Crunches
- 20 Tricep Dips
- 15 Squats
- 70 Russian Twists
- 20 Standing Calf Raises
- 5 Push-ups
- I did kneeling. I'm still weak!
- 30 Second Plank
- I did 3 sets :)
- 10 Lunge Split Jumps
Post-Workout
- Stir-fried Veggies with a little Pasta (sauteed in sriracha and garlic)
Dinner
- Spicy Salad (Yum Tapatio!) with Chicken, Avocado, Sour Cream, Tomato, Sprouts, Zucchini, Mushrooms, and Onion!
Water Intake
- Made it to 10 cups today :)
