Back in the Groove ~ Daily Log 1/17


Today was a long day... felt like I barely had a moment to myself! But, I did get my work out in :) And it feels AWESOME! Never give up.

Breakfast

  • Hash browns with 1 Fried Egg and Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Avocado
Snack
  • Raspberry Greek Yogurt
Workout (link here)
  • 1 min run, 2 min walk (7x)
    • I did 4 mph for walk, 5.7 mph for run / jog
  • 150 Jumping Jacks
  • 50 Crunches
  • 20 Tricep Dips
  • 15 Squats
  • 70 Russian Twists
  • 20 Standing Calf Raises
  • 5 Push-ups
    • I did kneeling. I'm still weak!
  • 30 Second Plank
    • I did 3 sets :)
  • 10 Lunge Split Jumps
Post-Workout
  • Stir-fried Veggies with a little Pasta (sauteed in sriracha and garlic)
Dinner
  • Spicy Salad (Yum Tapatio!) with Chicken, Avocado, Sour Cream, Tomato, Sprouts, Zucchini, Mushrooms, and Onion!
Water Intake

  • Made it to 10 cups today :)
