
I woke up on time for my 9:30am class this morning, but I just couldn't bring myself to go. The teacher is horrible, and doesn't do anything but read off the slides (which she posts online). I know I probably should've gone, if nothing but for the exercise of the bike ride over there, but I instead when back to bed. And ooh, it was such a good sleep...
I got woken up by a phone call from one of my bosses, who is interviewing for a position that I applied for. I signed up for a 30 minute phone interview for tomorrow, which is both exciting and nerve-wracking. I'm just trying to take on the attitude that I will be fine whether I move on in the interview process or not. If I get the job, great; if I don't, it will allow me the opportunity to teach English abroad like I've been wanting to do. The only problem of not getting this job would be to have to move back home during the transition period of getting certified and obtaining a job opportunity abroad. Whatever happens will happen, and I plan to be adaptable.
I found out yesterday that during my shift tomorrow, the "big bosses" from corporate will be walking through for a couple of hours to critique. I also offered to cover a lab shift for someone who covered for me last week... so tomorrow will definitely be hectic. I'm just hoping I can plan ahead a bit tonight so that I can continue to eat healthy tomorrow and make it through.

"What Went Well" Exercise
1. I got to talk with my dad a bit on the phone, which doesn't happen often.
- Why did this happen? My dad got a moment at work, and decided to give me a call :)
2. I actually worked out.
- Why did this happen? My friend and I love this fitness class, and it works well in my schedule because it is right after (and close by to) my last class on Mondays. Also, a couple friends and I made a pact to work out more every week, and I am hoping that we can keep to it.
3. I got stuff done that I had been putting off.
- Why did this happen? I could've gone out tonight or simply just chilled at home with a beer and Breaking Bad, but I decided to be productive. After working out, I made a good dinner, prepared two salads for the next couple of days, made my Black Bean Salsa, got some reading done for school, started an article for my website, attended a meeting (I have to attend 2 per quarter), and prepared for my phone interview in the morning.
