Today is a good day. I can't really say why, but I have been overcome with a feeling of contentment. I'm happy. I accept myself for who I am, but I can't wait to continually improve myself. I'm not the thinnest or most fit person in the world, but I have some amazing people in my life who truly love me. I will get to my goal with time, and anyone who doesn't like who I am now doesn't deserve to have me in their life anyways :)
Breakfast
- Pasta with Spinach, Mushroom, Chicken, Zucchini
- Small portion of leftovers from yesterday. I should probably mention I'm not really a breakfast fan, so its not unusual for me to have dinner type food for breakfast!
- Black Cherry Greek Yogurt with Granola
- Apple
- String Cheese
Exercise
- 2 min power walk, 1 min run (7x)
- 80 jumping jacks
- Small portion of Lasagna
- 1/2 Burrito
- 2 cups of coffee
- 7 cups of water
